VLP is now holding Unemployment Insurance Clinics on a weekly basis. If you have an unemployment insurance hearing coming up, please fill out the form attached and email Nicole Lim at nlim@vlpnet.org. You need to be approved first before you can show up. Walk-ins will be turned away.

There will be a preliminary training on the ins and outs of the hearing process, tips on how to appear credible in front of the review examiner and more for the first hour of the clinic. For the second hour, you will be paired up with either a staff attorney or a paralegal so he or she can review your specific case. We are not offering representation however, only advice.
