This nuts and bolts class will give participants the tools they need to assist tenants and landlords regarding the eviction process, with an eye toward volunteering at the Lawyer for the Day project at Boston Housing Court. The training will cover the eviction timeline, procedural considerations, and the most common defenses and counterclaims.
