Homeownership Preservation Project

VLP has recently initiated a Homeownership project. The focus of this project is to assist our clients in either acquiring or preserving their own home. We work with Habitat of Greater Boston to assist first time home buyers. We also initiate bankruptcy actions in order to prevent foreclosure.
