The focus of this project is to assist our clients in either acquiring or preserving their own home. We work with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Boston to assist first time home buyers. We also initiate bankruptcy actions in order to prevent foreclosure. Often we are able to assist clients in probate proceedings that result in home ownership.
