The Attorney General's Office (AGO), in collaboration with VLP, will be conducting an introductory training on Wage and Hour law.  This one-session training will give you the basics on initiating a wage and hour claim for your client.  It will cover the basics of developing a wage and hour claim, the classification of employees, and calculation of overtime pay, meal, and rest break laws.  This training is designed for attorneys of all experience levels and is free of charge to active VLP/Senior Partners volunteers.

To attend the training as a VLP volunteer, you must commit to volunteering at a clinic, taking a full representation case, or mentoring.
